Objectives :
CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) Drill is regularly held in Department of Surgery to enhance staff competencies and team work. In the midst of COVID-19 Pandemic, the concept of neo normal is introduced for conduction of activities with the consideration of infection control risk.
Methodology :
In neo normal, the CPR drill conducted in Department of Surgery is revised with the input of information and mobile communication technology.
Result & Outcome :
The CPR Drill is conducted successfully which enhanced staff competencies, minimized clustering of people in clinical area, maintained social distancing and enhanced effectiveness in the administrative logistic, record keeping as well as data analysis.
