Introduction :
The objective of this study is to determine the positive rate of urolithiasis in patient present with acute loin patient in emergency department.
Objectives :
The objective of this study is to determine the positive rate of urolithiasis in patient present with acute loin patient in emergency department.
Methodology :
A retrospective review of all patients who attended emergency department for acute renal colic with NCCT done between January 2019 and December 2020.
Result & Outcome :
69 NCCT were performed within the study period. The positive rate for urolisthiasis was 55%. Among those cases with urolithiasis, the rate of hydronephrosis and /or hydroureter was 20.5%. The rate of other significant findings was 2.9%
