Introduction :
In view of the high turnover of clerical and supporting staff rank, a program including the factors of staff engagement, appreciation, and recognition was designed exclusive for clerical and supporting staff.
Objectives :
To show appreciation and recognition to our supporting & clerical staff on their contribution of health care services
To care for the caregivers on their holistic aspects
To enhance their knowledge and understanding of positive thinking, power of laughing, relaxation and resilience through interactive exercises and active participation
To facilitate their work-life balance and enjoy fun
Methodology :
- Ten lessons were held in AHNH/TPH during September & October 2019
- To deliver positive thinking, loves, happiness, forgiveness… in our life
- To provide a good place, relaxed atmosphere, lunch boxes, lucky prizes and gifts to the participants
- To provide an opportunity for increasing their connection
- To show supports from Management (打氣達人分享)
Result & Outcome :
In total of 548 clerical and supporting staff attended the workshop, which reached 38% of the headcount of clerical and supporting staff. Total 404 staff give feedback and the average reeached 5.1 with score 6 is the highest of the satisfaction. The result was very encouraging.
