Started career in psychiatry in Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital (PYNEH) and obtained specialist in psychiatry in 2005. Explored various psychiatric subspecialties and has been working in old-aged psychiatric service (Psychogeriatric Team) for many years. Being member of Community Services Committee (Elderly), Hong Kong East Cluster (HKEC) since 2012, there is long history working with community partners developing initiatives and working on medicosocial collaborative projects. Besides medicosocial collaboration, working with HKEC Quality & Safety (Q&S) Service since 2013 focusing on Prevention of Patient Suicide; further exploration in Q&S Service after taking up role of Deputy Service Director (Q&S), HKEC in 2017. Upon appointments of Deputizing Service Director (Mental Health), HKEC and Chief of Service (Psychiatry) of PYNEH on 1 April, 2021, endeavours to meet challenges of mental health needs of HKEC with escalating service demands and ageing population of HKEC.
