Dr To is currently the consultant rheumatologist in the Department of Medicine & Geriatrics, Tin Shui Wai Hospital (TSWH) and Pok Oi Hospital (POH). He is the team head of the rheumatology division within the department. He is a trainer in advanced internal medicine, rheumatology, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and is a board member of Rheumatology/Immunology & Allergy at the Hong Kong College of Physicians. Dr To is also the Honorary Associate Professor, Department of Medicine & Therapeutics, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Since 2018, Dr To has been serving as deputy service director of the Quality & Safety Division, New Territories West Cluster (NTWC). Dr To has been deeply involved in the development and implementation of smart programs initiatives in TSWH and NTWC. He is currently the chairperson of the TaskGroup on Smart-clinic, Telecare in TSWH. In the past year, with the support from HO IT&HI and local colleagues, he has been leading the implementation and pilot trial of a number of smart projects in relation to smart clinic in TSWH.
