Simon Y. W. Li is Senior Lecturer at School of Psychological Science, The University of Western Australia. He was Assistant Professor at Lingnan University, Hong Kong before joining UWA. He received his PhD in Psychology from University College London then carried out his postdoctoral research at Centre for Health Informatics, the University of New South Wales. Dr. Li is the Vice President of The Hong Kong Ergonomics Society and had served as a member for Tuen Mun Hospital’s Service Quality & Development Sub-committee. Dr. Li’s main research field is healthcare human factors with specific interests in auditory displays, simulation studies, interruption, and patient safety. He has ongoing research collaboration with a few clinicians in Hong Kong who are enthusiastic about Human Factors.
